Health Assistance Coverage

Health coverage is underwritten by UNICO Group of Nebraska and provided by United Health Care of the Midlands. The company contributes a minimum of the employee medical premiums. The company contribution is based on years of service and experience. There are two options for health coverage: Traditional (Co-Pay plan) and HSA (High deductible). Permanent (non temporary/contract) full-time and part-time employees working 32-40 hours a week are eligible for Health Assistance Coverage.

Health Savings Account

The Health Savings Account is provided by Union Bank. Permanent (non-temporary/contract) full-time and part- time employees working 32-40 hours per week are eligible for a Health Savings Account. If an employee choose the HSA Health Care Plan, Health Care Flexible Spending Account allows you to set money aside on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible health care expenses. Employees may be eligible for company contributions based on years of service and experience. Contribute up to $3,650 per employee/$7,300 per family annually. Employer contributes a one-time incentive of $200.

Permanent (non-temporary/contract) full- time and part-time employees working 32-40 hours per week are eligible for company contributions based on years of service an experience. Employee pays the cost of coverage on a pre-tax basis.

Vision Assistance Coverage

Vision coverage is underwritten by UNICO group of Nebraska and provided by Principle Life Insurance Company. Permanent (non-temporary/contract) full- time and part-time employees working 32-40 hours per week are eligible for company contributions based on years of service an experience. Employee pays the cost of coverage on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off

Permanent (non temporary/contract) full-time and part-time employees working 32-40 hours a week are eligible for paid time off such as holidays, floating holidays, and accrued PTO.

Leave Programs

Permanent (non temporary/contract) full-time and part-time employees working 32-40 hours a week are eligible for a variety of leave programs such as family and medical leave. bereavement, civil leave, and military leave.

Retirement Planning

You may be eligible to contribute to our 401(k) plan after a probationary period. CommTech Global may make contributions to the 401(k) up to a certain percent. In addition, you may contribute part of your pay before or after taxes, including Roth contributions to the 401(k) plan. Educational Programs

After one year of employment, CommTech Global provides reimbursement of tuition and course work leading toward a business degree or course of study that relates to the business of CommTech Global. The program reimburses the employee for approved educational expenses each year. Employee pays the full cost of coverage on a pre- tax basis. Annual contribution limit is $2,500 married filing single, $5,000 married filing joint, or $5,000 single.
